Working with DIVE Group
The Internet and an e-mail are important while communicating between DIVE Group and the Mystery Shopper:
- Internet. You
need to have a regular access to the Internet and at least an average
computer skills. You will receive your tasks and all related material
in our DIVE onLine system. You will also fill in the
questionnaires (provide information gathered while
performing the assignment) online.
- E-mail. Please use reliable and high storage capacity e-mail boxes (e.g. gmail.com, yahoo.com). Candidates who register and provide only general e-mail boxes (e.g. one.lv, one.lt, mail.ru, inbox.lv) will not be selected.
Particularity
If
you wish to participate in the selection of DIVE Group mystery shoppers, please
fill in the application form by providing personal
data, uploading the CV and a photograph. The more detailed and accurate information you provide about yourself, the higher is the
probability that you will be selected (information provided in the
application form shows us what client profile you would match).
Language of the application form
Candidates have to fill in the application form in their national language. Candidates who do not know national language, should use English while applying.
About the selection
You will get a confirmation letter with log in information after singing in. When you log to DIVE onLine system, you will find instructions for the trial assingment. You will need to prepare and perporm this assignment independantly. Only then DIVE Group project coordinator will review both your application form and trial assignment and will contact you to proceed on selection. Only candidates who successfuly finish selection may receive and carry out real mystery shopping assingments.
Personal data protection
Personal information provided in the application form will not be disclosed to any third party. It will be protected and handled in conformity with the applicable local laws.
